Some soft vanilla & mild sugar, along with ripe banana, & green apple. Palate: Smoky & peaty, with a fair amount of pepper & some tannins. A bit medicinal. Theres not a lot left of the sweetness that was so prominent in the nose. Finish: peat & nutty aromas with a hint of chocolate at the end. Long, but not overpowering. ...
