The Gatorade Team Pack is perfect for fuelling your team this season. The pack contains enough of the Gatorade to fuel & hydrate before, during & after the match. You also get an iconic Gatorade cooler, squeeze bottles & holders as seen on the sidelines at Anfield, Camp Nou, The Emirates, Premiership Rugby & NFL games. There are then all three stages to the Gatorade G Series Pro. For the three stages there are three products. PRIME is for before, PERFORM is for during & RECOVER is for after; all are catered very specifically for their respective tasks. Gatorade PRIME is a concentrated formula of pre-workout fuel containing B vitamins to help with energy metabolism as part of a daily diet. The inclusion of isomaltulose reduces the blood glucose rise in comparison to glucose alone. It is less viscous than a Gel & less fluid than a drink. While powders are used primarily for muscle building, PERFORM is a new development to use powder, mixed with water, to produce a drink that will help maintain energy levels & performance throughout exercise. The fluid helps maintain hydration, & then it is the carbohydrates & sodium that help ensure that fuel stores are maintained as well as electrolyte balance, all of which contributes to maintaining performance for longer. The RECOVER Drink performs three main tasks. Firstly the inclusion of 16g of protein helps rebuild muscles after workouts, then carbohydrates replenish glycogen stores & lastly the combination of fluid & sodium helps rehydration as well as fluid retention. The inclusion of sucrose also ensures for rapid absorption. Drink within 30 minutes of exercise to get essential amino acids from protein needed to help facilitate muscle rebuilding.
